Rates dropped today over a 1.6% and are back up .75% for a total down for the day of .85% to price which is equivalent to just over .5% to the interest rate at the end of the day if you missed this rate drop and would like to be added to my daily rate watch system. So that you can make an informed decision when to lock or float your loan or move quickly on a Real Estate property you might otherwise not be able to afford.
